I’ll start of with everything was amazing food service from Becky and the dinks are amazing however the host was very very rude I overheard him being very disrespectful about his coworkers. Just rude. Then he walked by our table with a huge stack of cups and after being in the industry I’ve never seen that allowed anywhere I asked an employee who was on his way out and he even agreed that it should happen. Amazing experience but just train that host or fire him!!! Other than that everything was amazing.

We had an absolutely lovely experience on July 13th celebrating my dad's 100th birthday. Kudos to our server, Susan and the manager for setting up the private room for our group of 10. We all flew in to celebrate Dad's (Charlie's) special day. HIs favorite meal is the coconut shrimp here. They made a lovely birthday sundae for him and his meal and dessert were a gift from the restaurant. Susan took pictures of our group. A very memorable occasion for our entire family. We had the server Mary and she was absolutely amazing! So attentive and kind. And the manager didn’t seem to stop moving! They were clearly working very hard even on such a slow day. Whatever you’re paying them is not enough…

We went to Red Lobster for a regular meal. What we got was a whole experience. Our server was Bert and he was excellent, making sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Denny was the manger on staff, he was also very helpful.. even letting our daughter hold a lobster. It was her first time trying crab and the whole meal was amazing! Thanks for helping make her first experience a great one!

Crab clusters looked great, tasted awful. They tasted stale and reheated. I've made a ton of crab at home: boiled, steamed, and oven baked. I've reheated refrigerated crab the next day, in the microwave or boiled, or just ate it cold. I'll eat 4 day old crab, but after 4 days, I toss it. Its too suspect for me. When the meat has no flavor and the texture is too sloppy, it's time to toss it out. I spoke to the manager afterward. She offered to comp the meal. It was a nice offer but I really like Red Lobster, it rarely disappoints, I want them to succeed. Just fix the problem. No comp needed.
